Mac-a-thon

Ta da ta daaa!  Introducing a new homework challenge that you can work through in your own time and at your own level.
The Mac-a-thon is designed to help you focus on developing your own life skills, serving others and learning more about yourself, your family and your community in the process.
There are three sections each with 10 activities to complete making a total of 30 activities altogether.  You have until the end of November to complete these tasks but the first person across the line with all Mac-a-thon activities finished is the winner of the 'McTrophy'.  As there are 29 weeks of school remaining you could aim to complete 1-2 tasks  per week...unless of course you are gunning for the 'McTrophy'!
Certificates of completion will be presented at Syndicate Assemblies. If you complete 10/30 tasks you will receive a Bronze Award, 20/30 tasks completed will receive a Silver Award and all 30 tasks completed is a Gold Award.  Additionally,  all recipients of Gold Awards will be invited to a Pizza Picnic with Mrs Mac at the end of the year.

Congratulations and Celebrations to the following Mac-a-thon Achievers!!!

Silver Award - Micah Heath

Bronze Award - Kaylee Johnson, Nathan James, Montana-Rose and Melissa Bayley

You are all winners.  Don't give up everyone else, there's still plenty of time to achieve.  Remember this is just as much about stretching yourself as winning the overall prize so once the Trophy has been claimed there are still places to be earned at the 'Luncheon for Winners'.
Bronze Award recipients have also just earned 50 house points for reaching this level.  Well done!
Check out these pictures of Kaylee hard at work on some of the challenges....
